I'm a quant trader building systematic strategies and the software behind them.
I enjoy building software that simplifies complex problems and makes technology feel natural to use. I like to create tools that help people work, think, and live more effectively.
To that end, I am a generalist that approaches systems from first principles, understanding systems at their core to shape how we build and live with computers all around us.
Some of my writing:
The false reality, and what it means to be human.
The popular theories of success are backwards, and what actually determines who wins.
Why smart engineers make expensive mistakes without realizing it.
The real reason everything is falling apart, and it's not what you think.
Previously, I worked at Gojek, Shopee, Ministry of ICT, and Harian Kompas. I was also selected to represent my country in G20 program in the past to participate in AI Robotic program collaborating with international peers on cutting-edge technology.
